Egypt Gas- Georg Fischer- Corys – EGFCO – is an Egyptian joint venture company formed in 2019 with the aim of developing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to produce polyethylene piping systems for water, sewage, and gas. 

The new venture is in line with Egypt’s “Haya Karima” project led by his excellency President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi as part of the new Egypt targeted developments.

The manufacturing plant, which will be operational by 2023, is located on a 25,000 m2 area in the 10th of Ramadan City, which is a prime central manufacturing location in Egypt. 

All equipments, sourced from around the world, have multilayer extrusion lines with unique extrusion technology that ensures robust product quality and requires no recycling, thus maintaining a clean environment. 

A state-of-the-art Quality Laboratory will be equipped based on the golden standards of European manufacturing companies ensuring the best product quality, reliability and standards.

The company will also have an in-house Fabrication Unit to supply a customized range of fittings and couplers for special infrastructure projects.

EGFCO will also have an inhouse Performance Plus highly qualified and trained team that will be providing technical support and training to valuable clients, and installers to ensure high quality and failure free systems, meeting all local and European standards.

All of these distinguishing features will allow EGFCO to position itself as a leading player in building a safer future.

Our state-of-the-art Quality Laboratory is also sourced with leading European equipment, ensuring high performance standards and reliability. EGFCO also has an in-house fabrication unit to supply a customized range of fittings and couplers for special infrastructure projects up to 630mm diameter.
